My expertise spans eLearning, simulations, and virtual and in-person instructor-led training, with a proven track record of success in corporate training and development. I’ve contributed to international learning initiatives and explored how AI can enhance training design and delivery. I specialize in creating performance-based learning experiences using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, and Xyleme. I have experience with LMSs such as Cornerstone and Degreed. My projects have reached over 250,000 learners globally, improving engagement and performance outcomes.
